The Space

This is the perfect cabin for up to 6 complete with family-friendly amenities where you’ll feel right at home.

    • Private boat ramp onto the river to kayak, fish, paddle board (no lake access due to the dam).

    • Private hot tub for this cabin only

    • This cabin is second to the river so while not riverfront, you do still have a river view

    • Kid-friendly items like pack-n-play, high chair, silverware, even outlet covers for little ones

    • Starter supplies included to make your arrival that much smoother: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash

Important Notes Before Booking

  • There is plenty of room for 2 vehicles and a boat or 3 vehicles, no boat

  • This is a new build cabin in a development called Cabins on the Cumberland. We are building 11 cabins and an event venue expected to be totally complete in 2025. Please note that we are still under construction but have made it possible for guests to have a wonderful stay as we bring this to life. You may see and hear our crew during your visit, but since the property is so wonderfully spread out, the noise is usually minimal.

  • And finally, you are in nature so please be mindful that insects and wildlife live here too. We do have monthly pest control service.

Cabin Ground Rules

    • Primitive camping, RVs, and campers are currently NOT allowed as we do not have the necessary hookups for these.

    • Messing with or playing on construction equipment is strictly prohibited and will result in $500 fine. Cameras on property do monitor this so please be mindful.

    • Playing in or walking around cabin construction sites is prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. This is for your safety.

    • No pets allowed in this specific cabin - $500 fine if in violation.

    • Unauthorized Late Check Out Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out

    • Smoking in the home - $500.00 minimum charge and eviction from Rental Unit

    • No pets allowed in this specific cabin - $500 fine if in violation.

    • Excessive Cleaning - Up to $150.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed

    • Damaged or Missing Items Varies depending on cost of item

    • Missing Keys - $50.00 minimum charge

    • Unauthorized Pets - $250.00 plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred

    • Noise Complaints - potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00

    • Party in Unit or Common Area (including backyard) - Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Hosted By The Webers

    • Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. A $50 charge per guest over the maximum number of guests will be incurred.

    • Left behind items: $25 handling fee plus cost of shipping.

    • Early check in 3PM / Late check out 11AM $75 (depends on availability)
