The Space

This is the perfect cabin for up to 6 complete with family-friendly amenities where you’ll feel right at home. This cabin is dog-friendly for up to two dogs under 50 pounds or one dog under 75 pounds.

Important Notes Before Booking

  • There is plenty of room for 2 vehicles and a boat or 3 vehicles, no boat.

  • This is a new build cabin in a development called Cabins on the Cumberland. We are building 11 cabins and an event venue expected to be totally complete in 2025. Please note that we are still under construction but have made it possible for guests to have a wonderful stay as we bring this to life. You may see and hear our crew during your visit, but since the property is so wonderfully spread out, the noise is usually minimal.

  • And finally, you are in nature so please be mindful that insects and wildlife live here too. We do have monthly pest control service.

Cabin Ground Rules

    • Primitive camping, RVs, and campers are currently NOT allowed as we do not have the necessary hookups for these.

    • Messing with or playing on construction equipment is strictly prohibited and will result in $500 fine. Cameras on property do monitor this so please be mindful.

    • Playing in or walking around cabin construction sites is prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. This is for your safety.

  • ONLY UP TO TWO DOGS ALLOWED. No cats or any other animals.

    • $100 per dog fee ($100 will be included with booking, we will request an additional fee if you're bringing 2 dogs)

    • No dogs on the furniture

    • Dogs must be FULLY outdoor potty trained (no puppy pads or litter boxes)

    • You must pick up waste in the yard ($250 fee if this is not followed)

    • Dogs must be in a crate if you leave in the home alone during your stay

    • Dogs must be on leash while walking outside (the yard is NOT fenced)

    • Guests recognize that they are responsible for any damages caused by their dog

    • If we find that guests have violated any of these rules, you will incur a $500 fine and possibly eviction from the home.

    • Unauthorized Late Check Out Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out

    • Smoking in the cabin - $500.00 minimum charge and eviction from Rental Unit

    • Excessive Cleaning - Up to $150.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed

    • Damaged or Missing Items Varies depending on cost of item

    • Missing Keys - $50.00 minimum charge

    • Unauthorized Pets - $250.00 plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred

    • Noise Complaints - potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00

    • Party in Unit or Common Area (including backyard) - Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Cabins on the Cumberland

    • Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. A $50 charge per guest over the maximum number of guests will be incurred.

    • Lost or forgotten items. $25 handling fee plus cost of shipping.

    • Early check in 3PM or earlier / Late check out 11AM - 1pm $75 (depends on availability)
